shield you eyes

It's knitted and printed (classic Boden crime). It's "sassy". And I think the yellow is particularly heinous.

If I was 4 I'd like the pink one.

nailpolish · 14/01/2009 15:11

my dd wants one in every colour

IMAGINE that with a hangover

ouch

CatIsSleepy · 14/01/2009 15:14

now, on what planet is that sexy? hmm?

MrsSeanBean · 14/01/2009 15:15

Whole spring collection is rather underwhelming I think. Apart from the yellow dress, but not in a good way!

thegrowlygus · 14/01/2009 15:18

What about the 'jacquard' stuff....

skirt plus coat anyone? (free migraine thrown in)

AliceTheCamelHasGotTheHump · 14/01/2009 15:23

I quite like it.

Pannacotta · 14/01/2009 15:25

God that is truly awful.
Boden is quite depressing IMO, awful and pricey too....

notwavingjustironing · 14/01/2009 15:25

It's also about £84.99 too expensive

SheherazadetheGoat · 14/01/2009 15:26

boak - for sassy read 'i am middle aged and have had the same haircut for 10 years but this item of clothing makes me feel wild'

hotch-potch - 'i wish ihad gone to art school but unfortunately i wasn't v. good at art so i did geography instead and am now an accountant.'

squeaver · 14/01/2009 15:27

I thought that was in the girls section at first.

Really Johnnie. Not good.

SheherazadetheGoat · 14/01/2009 15:30

the only woman on earth who could carry off that yellow number is josie jump, in an episode of balamory where everyone has to dress up as a busted sofa

snowleopard · 14/01/2009 15:32

rofl goat

Luckily that's a very feasible plotline for balamory - so someone will buy it after all!

SheherazadetheGoat · 14/01/2009 15:34

i am rather taken with this model

though he does look as though he is trying to escape the photoshot but has been thrown into a psychotic state by the proliferation of hotch potch and sassy clothing

georgimama · 14/01/2009 15:37

I have been thinking "yuk" about that pinky shapeless dress on the advert to the right as I type. The bloke looks ok but the clothes he is wearing are very unspecial and could just as easily have come from M&S or even BHS.

The dress is truly foul. Putting it on a pretty woman doesn't make it any better.

snowleopard · 14/01/2009 15:38

Ooh yes - quite tasty. He lacks the usual Boden male model "smug fatcat" look. But he needs to move because that road looks like one Jeremy Clarkson will come roaring along in a minute.

Incidentally the yellow dress model's face is a picture. She's thinking "I'm a pro so I will smile but this is really taking the piss".

OP posts:
SheherazadetheGoat · 14/01/2009 15:38

he is delicious

snowleopard · 14/01/2009 15:39

smug fatcat
to illustrate my point

OP posts:
nailpolish · 14/01/2009 15:39

oh yes he is definitely my cup of tea

nailpolish · 14/01/2009 15:40

the bearded one i am talking about

quickdrawmcgraw · 14/01/2009 15:40

on front of menswear sale catalogue dd pointed to one of the models and said 'not too shabby, not too shabby at all!'
she is 8

But I did agree with her.

beanieb · 14/01/2009 15:40

who's Johnnie?

that site is really slow!

MrsSeanBean · 14/01/2009 15:42

Smug fatcat is quite tasty imho!

MrsSeanBean · 14/01/2009 15:43

see here beanieb

kickassangel · 14/01/2009 15:45
