So easy to do online.
Might look rubbish on me.
If it all looks fab I'm going to have to hide receipts from DP (and I NEVER do that!)

Dress 1

Dress 2

Dress 3

Go for it, it'll look great.

Thomcat · 01/09/2008 22:20

LOL. I'm afraid I can't be put off them. Not till they are on me.
I'm in love with ALL things ALL SAINTS

.. not my cup of tea..............

AnotherFineMess · 01/09/2008 22:22

You look sleek & sophisticated but still approachable & fun .

Wasn't keen on the dresses intially but then having seen your profile you look like you have the personality to carry them.

Go for it! (or one at least!)

Pannacotta · 01/09/2008 22:22

just posted on your other thread (about feeding/leaving your DDs), presume its the same wedding?
Sorry but not keen on any of them, far too much material and they all look a bit parachute like to me.

regularlyoverwhelmed · 01/09/2008 22:22

all fab - very envious of your daring taste - I'd look but never buy

hope they are wonderful on and you keep all three and love them forever, stroking them nightly

Pannacotta · 01/09/2008 22:24

sorry meant to say leaving your DD3...
would be interesting to see you wearing the three dresses, am sure they would look better on than they do on line.

Thomcat · 01/09/2008 22:25

LOL!

Yes wedding dress is for is why I'm leaving DD3, see other thread.

They might be here tomorrow. Am v excited.

Errr they will NOT look better on me than they do online I'm sure of that. Maybe in my head they will and that's where it counts!

you ought to try the 'aimee' too, TC, it is seriously flattering... i can send you mine for a borrow if you like! (i haven't had an occasion to wear it yet, surprise surprise... lol)

Pannacotta · 01/09/2008 22:28

They all look a bit dark for a wedding IMO. You have great colouring and dark hair, how about something a bit brighter/richer?

BloodySmartarse · 01/09/2008 22:29

also, can i recommend spanx (higher power i think theyre called)? suck you in in all the right places, so you can have a drink or 10 relax and not bother holding your tum in.

Thomcat · 01/09/2008 22:29

Yeah I'm liking the aimee, it's got all the right stuff going for it.

Think I need to order a lot more all saints, just so I can seeeee what they are like, won't keep it all

OP posts:
zippitippitoes · 01/09/2008 22:30

gosh

i am sure you will look gorgeous whatever you wear

they are certinly drmatic

Thomcat · 01/09/2008 22:32

Yes colour, hmmmmm, I did try but everything I like just comes in black.

And it's the colour of the season! Well, Alexandra McQueen has 10 tonne of it in his collection and he rules!

I thought I'd trya nd do red but don't like anything in red.

There was a nice Warehouse dress in silvery grey but I can't find my size anywhere.

BloodySmartarse · 01/09/2008 22:33

lol, i like your style

i wandered into the shop in southampton... thinking 'this isnt spitalfields' in a 'im from London aren't i superior' sort of way () then walked about thinking 'omg, i am FAR too old and blobby and mumsy to be in here, but dammit im going to wander all the way through and see it all as tho i have every intention of being this cool ack-sher-ly' sort of way...
way just about to bail and scuttle off to pret or hennes or something when i spotted the aimee and fell in love.
mmmmm

Thomcat · 01/09/2008 22:35

LOL smartarse!

Thomcat · 01/09/2008 22:40

Listen I'll probably look like a sack o shit but I live in hope!

OP posts:
Flamesparrow · 01/09/2008 22:43

I think they'll probably look wonderful on you.

Like Smartarse's bustle thing (she bought that when she was meant to be meeting me dontcha know ) - fab for her, but would look a nightmare on me!

BloodySmartarse · 01/09/2008 22:47

oh you dont know that till you try, you daft bint.
look at your corset pics - its the same sort of style, no??

Flamesparrow · 01/09/2008 22:51

but at the same time... look at my arse I have a ledge.

AnotherFineMess · 01/09/2008 22:59

Thomcat, I sincerely wish you hadn't started this thread.

Had never even heard of All Saints (apart from the Appleton sisters) until this thread but now I've looked at the website and am sorely tempted to do some damage to my credit card....

Thomcat · 01/09/2008 23:00

Isn't it ALL amazing.
I fell in love with all of it.
Think I might buy one thing from a month!
