I dont like spending so much on a lip products I may bit like. Still yet to find my perfect colour. I had. Revlon Gossamer Peach in my late teens,20s and Smash box Marketplace. I loved Smashbox. Their mini palette of 8 eye liner cream. Loved it then they stopped making it. 😪
Ive never found a replacement for it.

@Thelifeofawife im edging to the English Rose. I want something that can be seen. I think the others may be a bit too light and my lips are a darker pink so a lot dont look the colour they should. 🤣 I never thought id use anything with the word rose in 🤣

Ive been good re advents. Edits and general shopping not so much but I can feel myself getting weaker as each day passes. 🤣

Violette FR Chocolat is lovely. It’s much more wearable than I was expecting. It’s my go to at the moment. I also have Bêtise, Bonbon Myrtille, Callison, Guimauve and Rose Latte. Bêtise is another go to and I love Guimauve although it’s a shade I wouldn’t normally gravitate to. The only one I’m not getting on with is Callison (just don’t love the shade compared to the others).

I might try the Bisou Jelly in Confiture de Figue today if I can find where I put it 😅

Hi what has liberty Black Friday deals been like in the past please. I have beauty drop credit that I was originally going to get the calendar with but changed my mind as not keen on it. I’m looking at using it for the new fragrance edit and the routine kit and a vilotte lip balms. I get 10% nhs discount for the lip balm. I’m not sure whether to order now or if it’s better off waiting for the Black Fridays.

also I received a diptyque candle in the last year space nk fragrance advent. It seems to be good and smells nice, however they are expensive, are they worth buying or is there a better alternative

I’ve just ordered the WA hydrobalm in English Rose from Cult after deliberating between that and Ballerine. I’m pale but a lot of lighter lip colours don’t suit me so I went for the English Rose in the end. The 25% off plus £5 credit that I had was too good to miss.

I’ve just tried the Violet FR Bisou Jelly in Confiture de Figue and I love the colour. The texture isn’t as jellyish as I was expecting but it’s sufficiently different from the Bisou Balm to justify it. Quite keen on getting Aissa now - does anyone have Aissa and Confiture de Figue? Are they sufficiently different to justify both?

I don’t know if many people have Perkbox but I’ve just discovered you can buy giftcards at 8% discount at Cult Beauty. Lots of other shops too - John Lewis, Liberty etc. They can be used with offer codes although not with VoucherCodes or TCB. It’s saved me a fortune.

I get it through my health plan (HSF, which saves me lots too) but I think you can join through some employers.

They're all tiny sizes so I wouldn't recommend it as such, but if you were spending £50 anyway it's a nice extra. I had a good idea of what to expect because I bought two of the mystery boxes when they were £11 and am lucky that I've got several products that I really liked and will be perfect t for travel. The iconic mascara has even become my favourite so it's great to have a second. The only thing I was hoping for which isn't there is the Gatineau gradual tan, but then I don't plan on getting my legs out fir a while now 😆

@TragicMuse the Wonderskin had almost all come off by about 3pm, possibly the vinaigrette (sp?) on my lunch did for it!

@HolidayHattieI have that autumn set and have also had the room sprays. I particularly like the plum and tonal in both ranges.
