Beauty Advent Calendars Thread 12 - reeling in the aftermath of SFAC, we soldier on... 💄💋

[LightandBreezy]

Welcome to the 12th thread, we still have 50 days till the daily unboxing officially starts, although I very much doubt any of our calendars will remain untouched until then 😂
Still time for lots more friendly chat, tips and discount codes - to cut down on links as a poster requested, here's link to some very comprehensive run-downs of the calendars https://beauty-detective.com/category/beauty-advent-calendars/
When enjoying those breakdowns please remember that some are OOS already - Harrod's Fragrance, Harrod's Beauty and Selfridges Beauty to name a few.

Not for me. It did last night (but didn't actually add to bag) but not this morning.

Well I am refusing to get out of bed so I can’t get distracted. DH is supplying coffee.

I've not received any notifications for it. Hoping it goes live soon! I'm on tenterhooks here! 😂.

It's not in my offers. Boo!

Good luck everyone . My taste in fragrance is less high end so it’s not for me. Having said that I would love the PDM advent .
My adult stepson loves his fragrance but I think part of that is that he is autistic and often copies anything I’m into. He’s claimed a few of the sol de janeiro body sprays that come in edits which suits me as it’s normally the yellow one that I’m not keen on. He has asked me before if it matters if it’s meant to be a women’s fragrance but I told him it’s 2026 he can wear whatever fragrance he likes. SDJ has done a couple of men’s body sprays but they don’t seem to be available here which is a shame.

There is no stock so it wont actually add but the button appears. Just a phone website browser.

I got it last time by deleting the app and going to the website as a guest

Suspect I won’t stand a chance: my train arrives at my stop just as sale will go live!

Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 for everyone here! Wishing you all luck 🍀😀

I'm not going to be trying but on tenterhooks for you all!

I‘m not very IT competent so don’t rate my chances.

This isnt looking good the website has crashed!

Seems like the website cannot handle the traffic

I’m giving it a go, no sign of a queue yet

says i am in a queue but no idea how many in front of me

so at 9.04 the wishlist crashed and kicked me out, then the calender vanished from the wishlist and I cant seem to add it again

I thought I'd see where I place in the queue, I'm even further back than last week 😳 143,000 in the queue!

Wishlist and login have either crashed or been disabled. My whole wishlist has disappeared and now I can’t log in. Many thousands in front in queue

wishlist hack not working and 152201 in que

Same ridiculous mess - refreshing since 8.58. Suddenly my wishlist disappeared so had to search item now 100k + in queue agsin

Well I’m 150k in queue on the app and 40k on the webpage. No access to wish list

ah well. £225 back to savings account

100000 ahead of me and wishlist has crashed. I don't understand why they can't do better. I read on twitter apparently 3000 stock and thats going fly off! Guess we are getting it from Ebay

Only 4000 in front in the app but still says over an hour. I think the numbers are imaginary.

Same issue for me -FAC disappeared from wishlist at the last second, now cant add it again.

Same, i was already at check out. Had to sign in and then boom. Page vanished

rubbish !
