I was out in Chelsea, London, today and saw a young women using a suspender belt as a belt/decorative addition - similar to the photo. I stress the photo is not her. This was 3.30 pm
in the afternoon in a very nice cafe serving tea and cakes. Is this a new trend? What do you think?
