Eborian Red Correct

Hoping for some help please. Pale skin, blue eyes but prone to redness, I suppose I have what is a typical ruddy complexion especially when out in warmer/colder weather.

I currently use a red correcting primer and concealer where needed, as find foundation oxidise and become far too orange which obviously not a good look! Mature skin but no blemishes and not overly oily or dry - I just don't like the ruddy look.

I keep reading about Eborian Red Correct which seems similar to the primer I am currently using - the question I have is do I need to use Eborian CC on top of the Red Correct and if so does it oxidise?

I just want a natural look with any makeup without looking ruddy. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi, is it the red correct in the green tube? If so I use it and it’s great! Only put it on the parts of your face which are red. Let it settle down for a minute or two and then use the cc cream. This is what I do for a natural look and it’s doesn’t oxidise etc Ifni am going out and want more coverage Inuse Armani luminous silk foundation and it’s brilliant.

i also use the Armani primer too but after the red correct.

they key is to layer but let your products sink in first before adding another layer.

Hope this helps

@Helpisneeded100 Yes in the green tube - thank you very much for your post. Sounds like it is worth a try. I will need to look at the CC shades.

Edited to say thank you about Armani, something else to look at.

I use the green tube erborian without anything else - just blusher. Love it

Would recommend this, I need to get another tube actually.

I sampled a few other green correctors and Erborian was definitely the best.

You may have exposed blood vessels from your skin being pale it would help using something to thicken your skin such as Retinol. It make skin so much stronger and also helps calm redness after a few uses. My favourite is the Grounded Body Retinol think it’s called Egyptian Gold it’s brilliant. Also you can get palettes to neutralise tones green and orange work

I’ve recently started using Erborian Dull Correct and I LOVE it 😁

Thank you everyone for the additional replies - all very much appreciated @tiredmummasita my "normal" colour is pale with hardly any exposed blood vessels - just a tiny bit of redness on my cheeks - the ruddiness only seems to occur once I am out and about in differing weather. So it is that difficult situation of trying products which will keep an even tone whilst covering the ruddiness if that makes sense!

Seems I should try the red correct by itself and take it from there - I really do appreciate the comments from real life experience - very helpful.

I would recommend it too - green tube - and it doesn’t oxidise! The only thing i would say is I am also pale skin and blue eyes and I think go in with a small amount and build it as it changes from the green to more skin toned it does gave good coverage and i don’t think you need a lot of it.
