My hair is bleached and ive noticed over the last year or so that its getting so damaged on the ends and literally snapping off and going really thin. I dont use much heat on it atal, sleep with a silk pillowcase, take biotin, i use heat protector before I put heat on it. What else should I be doing? Its really getting me down as my hair can't seem to grow past a certain length without looking thin and wispy on the ends and it feels so dry 😭😭😭any recommendations please?

A few years ago after balayage bleach I used Redken antisnap cream (blue bottle) and Ouai leave in conditioner. Both seemed to help although I'll never use bleach again, my hair just can't tolerate it.

I'd get a really good chop, get K18 and stop the bleach and the heat until you get it back to a reasonable condition, then decide what you're doing. Pick one, bleach, or heat.

Lately I’ve been liking epres bond repair

K18 molecular repair mask - you can also get K18 treatments in some salons

I used the redken anti snap and it was too much protein for my hair and made it worse 😭i use moroccan oil conditioner and a bedhead shampoo but i think the shampoo is probably no good?

I get my hair cut every 6 weeks. I am going to try only getting half a head of highlights and really reducing the amount of heat I put on my hair I think

Good plan. I think you have to choose one or the other, both ends in tears.

Check out Abby Young on Instagram, she has a lot of good suggestions. I also like her method of either oiling or applying conditioner to hair before shampoo.

Pixie cut and never bleach again.
