Formal black tie event coming up. I want to wear trousers this year and have a pair of wide leg trousers that are smart. I need a top. Here's the criteria:
Budget up to £70
Must have sleeves or partial sleeves
Long in the body like a tunic.
Suitable for a size 16, 62 year old with good bust but a tummy to hide. No pastels or white as have snowwhite hair and olivish complexion.
Like bright colours,love beaded, something funky and unusual would be good.
