Because we are rural we have been chosen by the cat distribution system a lot ( people dump cats on our property in other words) . We lost our Tuxedo boy a few months ago but have three other rescue cats 🐈‍⬛ to keep us busy. I haven’t figured out adding pictures yet or I would add one. Also don’t want to derail the thread with cat pics.

We'd having a rotten time at the moment with dd, she's started refusing to go to school, her mental health is shocking at the moment. Yesterday we spent all day trying to coax her into school, whilst trying to work, and fielding calls from school trying to coax me into coaxing her into school (did they think I was just sitting down reading Take a Break?) and by 6pm I had a rather large glass of wine in my hand. I woke up and checked my email this morning and saw the FtF order receipt and stared at it like, what did I do buy?!

@RuralVic Awww! I'm sure a modest kitty derailment would be allowed. Are you on your mobile or a computer? There's an Add Image button under the Message text box, if you click that it'll then show '+ Add image (up to 6mb each' and you can click that to go to your photos (if on phone) or files if on computer.

Do quite fancy the FtF edits but I don't like surprises. And that's an expensive bath oil considering that when we renovated the house we decided to put really lovely showers in and we don't actually have a bath...

I'll wait until someone gets theirs and spills the beans!

Morning all, long time lurker here and rare poster across the beauty use up, advent calendar and liberty threads for the last year or two. I stopped reading as much from the start of the year as i found out i was pregnant so thought it was better for my bank balance! But I looped myself back in again a few months ago for advent calendar season and have been enjoying all of the chat ever since.

It has been a great distraction in the last 48 hours aswell, as my baby boy was born sleeping 2 days ago, 10 days before his due date. The next few months will be the hardest ever and I know I will enjoy the distraction of all of these beauty related threads (and the Christmas bargain ones) as a relief from crying.

So I just wanted to say thanks all for your contributions and please let me know any depuffng or cooling eye mask recommendation to help with my new hobby of crying!
