I’ve tried to include pictures but understand the comparison isn’t the best because of the lighting and straightened vs non-straightened. The straight pic is what I had previously. I went to same salon but had different hairdresser. All the colour details were available to new hairdresser and written down.
I asked for the same as before but roots touched up and the lighter parts brought higher so it could be seen when tied back. Hair is curly naturally so the hairdresser left it damp (wet tbh) before I left and also didn’t show me the back or sides. I realised when I got home and dried it how dark it was.
Really wanted advice about whether I’m out of order complaining? Also, what could have gone wrong?
