I think I’ve found THE foundation

I’m 42 and never bought the same foundation twice. Just never felt as though they’re perfect. Needed a new one so went to SpaceNK and asked what they recommended. Ended up with NARS light reflecting foundation. Wore it today for the first time, and I’ve just felt glowy and radiant all day!! Hopefully it wasn’t just a fluke, but I wanted to share as I’ve searched for foundation recommendations so many times on MN 😂

Following. Does it have full cover, op? I used to use Estée Lauder until they ruined it.

It’s medium coverage but buildable. I have quite a lot of redness/ pigmentation, and even just a small bit evened it all out.

Every time I buy Nars concealer or foundation, I'm disappointed.
I just keep going back in the summer too Mac classic one and in the winter to Armani

Love Nars foundation

I liked it at first but as the novelty of the glow wore off I realised the coverage wasn’t great. In photos I looked like I wasn’t wearing anything at all.

I’m still looking for the perfect foundation!

This is amazing! Had a make up refresh at Selfridges and this was recommended, £71 so quite spenny but OMG so worth it and lasts forever. Brilliant coverage, not too drying, lasts all day.

I use dior and if u prep your skin properly it's the most amazing foundation I use urban decay setting spray all nighter it doesn't budge all day it's light doesn't feel cakey but good coverage and doesn't settle in eye creases x

The Nars matt foundation put me off the brand a bit unfortunately. I don't even like matt foundations but wanted to give it a go and it just would not blend no matter what I did. Even if I had a perfectly clean face.

I'm currently using the Armani tinted cream and will switch to the foundation in the winter. I'm interested to see how the new formulation of the luminous silk works out.

I didn't really get on with NARS foundation - I can't explain why, I just felt a bit underwhelmed.

But I use their light reflecting primer and its absolutely amazing. I use it under By Terry CC cream and it gives a lovely dewy, radiant glow with really natural-looking coverage.
