in another delivery twist, I just got home and the inpost parcel is here - and is not the parcel from the delivery proof photo 😂

@WohMumdid Vinted ban you for selling beauty? I think I’m about to be kicked off too.

Yesterday I posted 4 items, 2 beauty and 2 clothes. By the end of the day the clothes had got average 50 views and maybe 10 favourites each, the two beauty products had 0 views. Thats not normal is it? I’ve removed them now so they can’t ban me, but a bit worried about posting now.

Feeling rather anxious today. My BT advent was marked as delivered to parcel Flow this afternoon at 3pm. I’ve had nothing from them - no email, not showing on my account and I’m nervous. They said they email as soon as it arrives and they usually forward on the same day according to their advertising. That hasn’t happened. Can anyone who has used a forwarding service before make me feel any better? I’ve WhatsApped them but so far, silence.

I've heard that it can take a few days, so I wouldn't stress too much. If you've not heard anything by Monday then maybe chase it further. 3pm is quite late in the day too, people would start clocking off not long after.

Yes, the ban is for selling too many 'new with tags' (I think, they are never quite so explicit) - which of course all beauty has to be . I did get a warning and a suggestion to 'go Pro ' in about May , so I had slowed down a lot to keep under the radar .. and then over the last 2 weeks had ramped up again .

They hid a lot of my new listings from ACs but left some of the older beauty ones, but when I get access again I will delete those too, and just stick with clothes/household stuff for a while.

Have moved to ebay / fb but it is VERY slow in comparison - I'm gonna have to use all my stash!

It’s mad because I buy almost as much as I sell (my fave perfume stash is not for sale!), do they object to me buying it as well as selling it? Why allow any of it at all?

I’ve not had a warning or a ban yet but I’m going to keep the beauty on EBay until advent season I think.

In fairness, the two words are pretty interchangeable at times.
