So apparently my Life in Beauty Grooming AC has been delivered..... however I selected the local inpost locker for delivery. Thought it was odd there was no QR code to collect, checked the delivery photo and it's gone to some random house!!

My Lib grooming kit has also arrived - it’s a very jam-packed box!
I was going to sell the expensive skin cream, but been banned for 5 days on Vinted so will likely put it on the MN FB page along with lots of my other stuff I won’t use for anyone who is interested

@Doubleraspberry i’m another who has discovered that My hair loves Elasticizer…. kicking myself for all the ones I have sold !

I felt the same about the LF FAC but thankfully I managed to resist temptation and not buy it. The FAC I hadn't planned to buy was the Boots one, which I somehow ended up with. There are quite a few in there I haven't tried, but it doesn't excite me. Shouldn't have bought it.

I have enough Advantage points to get either the Boots SK a/c or the FAC but am restraining myself in hopes of something lovely appearing along the lines of the Dior Xmas gift sets last year.

I might crack in the event of a good Boots a/c reduction, but am holding firm atm.

I haven’t bought an a/c so far this year, or an edit for quite a while either. However, I am impatiently waiting for my StyleKorean haul to arrive so I can create my own KBeauty a/c.

In the meantime I might just get on with opening my 2025 S&G bargain a/c next month as I keep forgetting about it!

The contents of the LIB grooming looks great doesn’t it? They’ve offered to send me a replacement cardboard box and sleeve to compensate for my bashed up one!

@IlovePond 2 - I ordered 1 to click and collect and then another to be sent to parcel flow. I'm hoping the parcel flow one gets shipped soon and the c&c one is delayed so I can see if it makes it here. If not, then I can book a flight over 🤦🏻‍♀️

There are Dior beauty sets out now. They’re on BD and they are stunning.

That’s what stresses me out with deliveries..I had an expensive jacket delivered whilst I was at work, even though I changed the delivery schedule. I looked at the photo of where they had delivered and it wasn’t my door, had no idea where it was. I’ve never finished my work so quick, then left early! Eventually found it 3 doors down, they had taken it in as the delivery guy had dumped it by the bins! The photo showed cobbled paving and a bin…absolutely useless. I was 😡🤯

In post have acknowledged they have delivered to the wrong address and are investigating. I have also emailed Life in Beauty. Annoyingly they were trying to deliver to my house even though I selected a locker 🤬

@wohmum thanks! Was just about to ask if anyone had taken a pic. Mine arrived too and I now need to get everything back in the box after dismantling it. This will help immensely. 😊 It’s a pretty decent collection of stuff. It’s giving me nostalgic 80s / 90s locker room vibes, but refreshed and a bit more “techy”, and will go down an absolute treat here.

It’s all so hit and miss…part of my address if left off means that my parcels end up in a village 3 miles down the road, or a small town as it’s a regular street name for old villages/towns. Then it’s a hunt your parcel…less fun than an Easter egg one!
My DH trousers ended up down in another area and when he turned up at the address he was given, the guy was wearing them mowing his lawn….even offered to take them off to give to him! 😬

Thanks @RipplePlease6 but whatever I get has to be available in Boots so I can spend my Advantage points. Xmas skincare gift sets, etc. doesn’t seem to be in store yet. I have no interest in Dior makeup but I did like the gold skincare bag last year.

I just called them and the very rude customer service lady on the phone continuously said "they are out of stock". I don't know what happened to Harroeds but it used to be a place with great customer service and lovely luxurious shop floor. Now the fragrance & beauty section is cramped and hellish and their customer service just as rude as everywhere else. Selfridges is now so much nicer.

Call their customer service and ask them to connect you to the Knightsbridge store for perfume recommendations. They will then transfer you to a member of staff who is currently at the Knightsbridge store.

It’s big, it’s beautiful and I think it’s definitely going to get opened this year.

Ordered another about 8pm on that same launch day for my sister. (Dec birthday and Christmas present) …. Subtracting the difference between the two order numbers was 2539. So I’m willing to bet the vast majority of orders placed on the website that day were for ACs 😂😂😂😂

I have a Look Fantastic AC ordered for ages, in fact the day of release. The money only came out yesterday so I got excited thinking it would be sent today but still processing. Have others waiting had the money taken out too?
