Your post did come across as rude and patronising. It's a bit like going onto the food forum where people are discussing recipes and saying 'I don't like this dish, but if you enjoy it then great. Although you should consider donating to the food bank'.

I also don’t have one yet but living vicariously through all you lot and following along. I have picked up things on vinted or sales so I’ve curated my own edit of sorts of things on my wish list. We have a niche beauty/fragrance store here which do an advent which I’m waiting a reveal for. But it’s never as good as the UK offerings so I’m always comparing and feel it just isn’t as good value. Advents arent really a thing here sadly.

Im a bit meh on this one. Great price but last years was just so good with a mini Diptique candle, a Dr Vranjes small roomspray, Santa Madia Novella scented paperstrips, some fragrances and some skincare.

Why do these companies deny me my candles or fragrance sticks this year lol

I'm sure you didn't mean it that way but it did come across as a bit patronising and a bit of a lecture. The point of this thread is to discuss the advents so obviously it is going to attract people who are buying them. Lots of us do donate stuff already and some sell the bits they don't want which allows other people to get something they might not be able to afford otherwise.

I hate when influencers say “it just launched, guaranteed to sell out fast” just to pressure people into buying through their ad links.

For those asking this was last year Skins advent, not quite as 3D but the cardboard was quite thin so you had to be really careful if you wanted to true it.
This year my friend is opening and sending me a box with the contents to save on postage.

I wasn’t looking to buy it but at that price I could refuse.
Ive also just had an email from LF telling me the Grooming ac I returned because the aftershave was missing has been delayed. I hope it hasn’t gone missing. I looked at the tracking info and it appears to have been to several depots across the country. I just want my money back now.

I'm a bit worried about mine. It's in the same situation that I had with cult beauty, BT are saying that DPD have it and DPD are saying that BT have it. It seems to have disappeared during the pass over 🤦🏻‍♀️😭 I have to wait 48 hours and then BT will investigate but not immediately resend it. My c&c one has been dispatched and you only get 7 days to collect, so I might end up on a flight to Dublin next week after all 🙈
