Conditioner holy grail - for dry hair and sensitive skin without coconut ingredients or anything that makes hair lank

Okay I desperately need a new conditioner. I have pretty sensitive skin so I can tolerate some fragrance but would need to be low down the INKEY list and ideally not essential oil based.

My hair is also incredibly dry but I do not want to use anything with coconut oil in or coconut oil derived emulsifiers.

I need something with a good slip but none itchy.

I really like the Philip Kingsley formulas in terms of not strictly being natural or sensitive but they don't seem to have loads of ingredients and even the perfumes ones are fine however none of them see to get on with my hair with the moisturising ones I get a lot of hair fall / breakage - Google did give me a good reason, elasticizer still looks to fluffy on the the blow dry - as does it he sensitive scalp one.

I have tried a lot of the natural ones and either they are too essential oil heavy or too thick with natural moisturising oils that it is hard to rinse out given the very hard water where we are.

Alberto Balsam shampoo and conditioner is brilliant for my hair (wavy/curly and unruly). It leaves hair clean and conditioned and doesn’t go lank like conditioners with silicones in them.

Cheap too, and the raspberry one smells amazing.
