Help finding a girl’s outfit

We have a wedding coming up in October and I’m at a loss on what to get for my daughter.

The criteria so far

1. She’s 9 but wears an age 11.
2. She doesn’t like dresses and skirts that much and only feels comfortable in trousers
3. She likes being girly and pretty
4. She’s not super keen on the idea of a jumpsuit because she’s worried about using the loo.
5. Ideally if this could also work for my daughter to wear at Christmas parties that would be great but it’s not a deal breaker
6. The wedding is the evening do, and the dress code is quite relaxed.

How about some trousers like these from next? With a top similar to this?

DD was similar. Cullottes were often the answer. We had quite a lot of success with Next online, but looking just now, they don’t seem to have any winter party style ones in yet.
