Long cardigans

Are they very dated? I do love them at this time of year. I know I know, if you like them wear them, but I'm trying to get the balance right between classic and dated. So just interested in, and value, the opinions of people on this board. Thanks!

I think a long cardigan is a classic, I love them but I do wear mine at a maxi length. I love this one from Jaki London but can not justify £230 for it

No, they are classic and elegant, and very versatile. They tend to look much better on taller women, in general.

Yes I like the ankle length rather than the knee length. I am only 5,1 though!

With wide legs? Yes or no? What's your opinion? I tend to do slim leg jeans but have been living in wide legs recently.

Slim most definitely. I generally wear leggings and a long t-shirt - then I have the ankle length cardi over the top.
