What is the new Uniqlo half moon bag?

Wondering what’s going to replace this viral bag? (Handbag style: not rucksack)
I have a couple; they are bloody brilliant but are they becoming dated?
I love that I can stick them in the wash and the cross body means I don’t have to make an effort to keep it on my shoulder like I do with a tote or a shoulder bag.
So those who are ‘on trend’ …. What’s next after the Uniqlo one ? I suppose my style is quite Arket/ Uniqlo and I would consider leather but I don’t like anything twee or blingy…… and I hate those camera bags that say RIVER ISLAND or MICHAEL KORS down the strap.

I have this Hish one - I think it comes in black too. I really like it and the leather has softened up beautifully (I got it in February)

Luckily you can't see it on the darker colours. I have the navy and it's barely visible.

I updated my Uniqlo by getting the giant version they did in mesh. At one point it went down to £1.90. I sold a couple of the smaller ones but still have black, navy cord and the new red one with the weird little outer pocket.

How big do you want it? My son gave me his old Tommy Hilfiger reporter bag and I love it. Enough room for essentials and a small drink bottle.
Wish there were more women's options for that style. I wanted something a bit more colourful and casual for walks and quick trip to the supermarket etc so I got a fjallraven swing bag, fits about the same ie keys, phone, small drink bottle, sunglasses, lip balm, tissues, tablets, a cereal bar, pen.

Depending on the colour the branding is not very obvious at all. I promise I don't work for them but it is probably the best bag I own - extremely roomy and fits a book, a water bottle, a spare jumper! Super comfy and unisex too. Perfect for holidays in particular. They seem to not be very available in the UK now which is a shame. You can watch videos on youtube of people packing them etc if that appeals :)

I even customised mine to the exactly waxed canvas and leather strap colours I wanted. It’s brilliant.

I like my Elizabeth Scarlett crossbody bag.
It has an external zip pocket that goes against the body which is just right for your phone. Inside there is another zip pocket and a key ring clip. It fits a surprising amount of stuff too.

I've read comments from people on Instagram saying that contents literally fall out of the Cos Trullo bag. Its a shame they didn't put a zip on it. Its completely impractical and thats before looking at it from a security point of view.

Its impractical as the contents fall out and contents can't be secured. Looks v. nice though. Can always use it to carry low value items though would need another bag for your phone, wallet, makeup......

I have realised- sadly- that leather is often too heavy for me on the Tube.

Have you tried Parfois? Portuguese brand. I saw the shop in an airport this year, swear they had bags like you're describing (not leather tho, material).

I have two Uniqlo crescent bags, a burgundy and an orange. I don't feel they are dated, just a staple really.

If they work & do the job to your satisfaction why do you need to change?

Bimba and Lola crossbody bags are great - not cheap though.
