having no luck finding this - a long ( at least down to below knee) lightish mac ( could be pac-a-mac) that my 4 year old can wear over her school uniform to keep dry on shortish walk - preferably needs hood, and is bright /neon /reflective to help with safety when dark.
the only things i can find are not long enough or are big poncho things which would drown her - it doesn’t need to cover a backpack.
any help gratefully received ! would sacrifice the colour /reflection if necessary as can add some stickers or patches.
