Fluus flushable sanitary pads

I bought Fluus pads in Tesco and honestly I almost complained.

The only way I can describe is like shoving a lump of cardboard between my legs. My foof deserves more. I had to wonder if a woman actually ever tester them ever. I looked on the website and it seemed to have a few good reviews. Wow, maybe me then. I threw them away. They actually made crumpled paper noises when you sat down. When I lived in Africa it was common to use resuseable cloth which would be preferable. Anyone else tried them? Did I use them wrong?

Just buy normal ones and bin, or use reusable. The only thing you should be flushing is pee, poo and toilet paper.

I don’t think that even flushable ones are really recommended to be flushed by anyone other than the people selling them. Same for apparently flushable wipes.

I've not heard of them, or tried them, myself. According to info on Google, the company went into Administration in early 2026, as they were unable to secure further funding, and ceased manufacturing.
I saw a few comments stating how uncomfortable they were.

Get reusable pads, they work well and are actually environmentally friendly.

Can also add a cup (or tampon) at the same time.

I think these flushable are a silly gimmick, they aren’t going to be dissolvable and they’ll get stuck down the sewer.

No pads should be getting flushed
