Bathroom friendly jumpsuit. Does it exist in the uk and does it look good on someone who isn’t a tall slim model?

I keep seeing advertisements on social media about “bathroom friendly” jumpsuits for travel.
they are essentially a jumpsuit from the front but separates at the back so you don’t have to get completely undressed to go to the loo.
they always look comfortable and stylish on the adverts (obviously) but there’s no mention of the product, it’s all DM for info or type a word and I’ll reply personally…
Anyone tried this in real life? Know of an actual shop or easy place to return if online where I can get one?
I’ve a few weekends away planned soon and they look really handy for layering.
im 5 foot and a size 10 ish if that helps, but heaviest I’ve ever been so a lot of my old stuff doesn’t fit and the thought of an elasticated waist is appealing. Thank you.

No they don’t exist. How can they? Jumpsuits are a mega faff. I’ve bought one and it’s a stupid thing. It was around 12 years ago and was an evening one. It’s just too difficult to undress all the time! If the trouser bit is separate, they trousers, and not a jumpsuit.

Id never travel in one. Ever. Just buy trousers with an elasticated waist and get on the munjaro!

The only jumpsuits I think are bathroom friendly are those with elasticated off the shoulder top so you can pull the whole lot down without having to faff with buttons.
Bonus if the trouser part is harem/balloon style with elastic at the bottom. And worn only at 20°c or warmer so no jacket needed.

After this summer I'm tempted to suggest that they do exist: matching separates. I saw photos of some sets that looked exactly like a jumpsuit.

Halara do them - they're called 'easy peezy jumpsuits'. I haven't tried them myself but have seen videos of people testing it out. The back is not connected so you're supposed to be able to pull the trousers part down.

I’ve seen them on Halara, haven’t tried one but got a dress and trousers from there and was impressed by the quality. My friend has a lovely jumpsuit from there, not sure if it’s an easy peezy one though.

I’ve found the Easy Peezy jumpsuits on Halara but can’t for the life of me see how they would work. Surely if you are just pulling the back part down you are risking peeing on the fabric?

I have made myself a couple of 'easier' jumpsuits with elasticated shoulders and waist - and whilst much better than anything you have to fiddle about with - you can just whip them down - its still a small faff because you have to sort of gather all the fabric under yourself to make sure it doesn't get peed on. The Halara easy peezys - well some of them make more sense to me than others. if there's plenty of elastic and gathered fabric in theory I can see how it can be pulled down under your bum. But some of them have back zips on the trouser part, and look really fitted so I don't understand how they work. Plus a lot of them just look like a top and elasticated trousers anyway.

Something like this does look more like a jumpsuit but i'm baffled by the top part - it doesn't seem to have any fastenings (which I couldn't do up any way if it were a zip up the back for instance - I can't do back zips to the neck) So does it just pull over the head? Halara do a jumpsuit which splits across the waist at the back. You peel down the back like trousers but it stays attached at the front. They do have a helpful video somewhere (Facebook? Website?) demonstrating how it works.

Spanx do jumpsuits with an open bit at the back for easy loo use.

Buy separates or a dress?

So what’s the point of the Spanx one? Just buy trousers and a top. At least you can mix and match with other clothes and not be a contortionist to reach around the back. It’s no wonder jump suits are not around much these days. I cannot remember the last time I saw someone wearing one. Also never ever have a long torso! Ouch!
