Olaplex advice, specifically 0 & 3

After a hairdressing error that resulted in my hair being bleached a lot more than I wanted (I asked for subtle pink balayage, she dyed my entire head bright pink. I was devastated but have come to terms with it and quite like it although it has faded fast), I have bought some Olaplex to try restore some hair health.
Bit confused with all the various products and would like some advice.
I've got 0 treatment, and 3 treatment. I know I can use 3 by itself as a pre wash mask, the bottle says 3 mins. But the look fantastic website says 10 mins.
And the advice for 0 is put that on for 10 mins, then add 3 for 10 mins, or as long as possible because it's more effective the longer it's on. Could I put 0 and 3 on overnight? Is there any point? Would that just take more of the colour out of my hair?
I'm fine with 4 & 5 shampoo and conditioner, I understand those!
Is there any other items in the olaplex range people rate highly? I've got 6 as a leave in.
I've got heat protectant from another brand to use up before I buy another one. And I have a kerastase oil to use up too.
Thank you!

I used the 0 spray , leave on 15 minutes with a plastic hat then apply the 3 , leave on another 15 minutes.
I don't have bleached hair but I do use semi permanent dye.
I started using on desperation when I had massive hair loss a couple of years ago .
I have used at night and left it on but the plastic hat makes my head sweaty.
I don't think it gives any better results left longer tbh

Shampoo/ conditioner is ok , I bought a kit of mini bottles
Also got a free sample so chose the oil which my daughter poached, she really likes this .

Beyond the recommended time on the bottle, there are no additional benefits.

Thank you! I'll use my 0 & 3 for 15 mins each and not worry about leaving it on overnight.

Did you buy the new '3+' rather than the original Olaplex 3?

That one only needs 3 minutes and doesn't require the 0 beforehand (I have both Smile).

Oh yes I think so, it says No 3 Plus.
So that doesn't need 0? Or 10 mins?
What will I do with the 0 now!
It's all so complicated 😂 but my hair does feel better even after just one wash.

Can you return the 0 or have you used it? I doubt it'll do any harm, tbh Smile
