Primark click and collect delayed

I ordered something on click and collect
but had an email saying sorry it's been delayed because of a problem at their end
However i had an email today saying my click and collect is en route to my store
then later today had that same email saying it's been delayed because of a problem at their end!

Has anyone ever had this before? Because i'm worried i'm never going to get the order now

Yes! I thought they would never turn up, but I collected both orders today.
No idea what the problem was!

oh that gives me hope actually cos i really want the things in the order!

It was odd - but both parcels arrived on the day they were meant to, despite emails and texts telling me there was an issue their end!

Ooh that’s odd - my CC order was delayed yesterday with exactly the same message?
I wonder if they have had IT glitches?

I now can’t get there to pick up til next week so hopefully gives me extra days anyway

There is a problem with their system. Exact same issue here.
I got my order yesterday despite emails to the contrary..
The staff were as confused as me. I showed a manager proof of payment and she released everything to me. She explained there is an ongoing problem atm.
Bizarrely Ive also been refunded in full today.

Do you think I should go to the shop anyway then? Do you think it might be there in spite of the messages?

I’ve had the delayed email this morning. Might be worth calling the store before you make the journey.

It's ok it's just a walk into town for us so even if it's not there I'll not have wasted money or anything
