Unicorn Boots - Recommendations for long flat boots to wear with midi dresses

Hello, I'm tall, in my early 40s, I like colour and pattern and things that have a slight vintage (think 30s-50s) vibe, basically classic sort of stuff but fun. I like wearing midi dresses and skirts all year round and I'm trying to find a way of getting more use out my dresses through the autumn and winter. I'm looking for boots and some hive mind help would be great.

Requirements

  1. Flat or low heel (chronic back pain issues)
  2. Colour I am open to blues, navy, fawn, olive green, maybe grey. I don't wear black if it helps my palate tends to autumn colours, lots of teal and navy etc
  3. Long enough so I don't have a gap between skirt and boot (so about 30cm+)
  4. I don't really need wide fitting in the sole but my calf muscles are 44cm
  5. Won't look clumpy with dresses and skirts
  6. less than £200

Thanks for any tips!

Have a similar style to you and graduated from Doc Martens to Fly Boots. They do calf length as well as knee high and come in all colours.

They’re the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn and wear really well, I replace mine roughly every 3/4 years.

Oak & Hyde do nice boots with wide calf fitting, sorry can’t link right now, but take a look.
