Waterproof liquid eyeliner

I need a liquid eyeliner that does not budge ( unless I want it to!)
Black please. I think I must have greasy upper eyelids as most seem to end up smeared all over them. Bonus points for ease of application!

I use a Maybelline pencil one or a liquid Rimmel one.

I find if I use regular eyeliner it transfers into the crease IYKWIM and I end with faded sections of it. The pencil I suggested is pretty budge-proof and not expensive.
I found that with make-up, that the fairly budget brands' long-lasting make-up is pretty good.

Any waterproof mascara other than tubing mascara becomes crumbs quickly. Maybelline is one of the better ones IMO. The No 7 Stay Perfect Mascara is good too. Revlon Colorstay is good for everything I've tried.

A bit of eyeshadow over the eye-liner helps IMO. I don't do 'tightlining'.

Phoera do a great one -lasts in sauna and swimming, only about £6

Id say the Estee Lauder dpuble wear is the worst I've ever had.

I’d recommend the Mac liquid last 24-hour, if you want a liquid rather than a pencil. I have the same issue and tried loads of brands until I found this one. The brush application takes a bit of getting used to but once this stuff is dry it really lasts!
