Smart autumn and winter shoes that keep feet warm and dry

What shoes will you be wearing this autumn/ winter that will keep your feet warm and dry? I don’t really want to wear boots and most trainers aren’t smart enough to wear for work. I get chilblains if my feet get too cold but I want something smart to wear mainly with trousers or possibly a dress. Am I asking the impossible?

For anything flat I’ll be looking first at

as I have done for several years. Some models are specifically waterproof, but anything with a substantial sole should keep your feet warm.

Thank you. There are some lovely boots but I don’t think the shoes from there are really me :(. I don’t need more boots, I have a wardrobe full lol
