Haggard Hair Help!

I'm not very good at the whole S&B stuff, so hoping for some help!
I'm 47, perimenopausal with bra-strap length hair.
I don't colour it or anything like that, and don't intend to. I'm mostly very dull brunette, with a growing amount of grey.
More than happy with the grey colour-wise, but not in terms of texture.
My hair generally looks dry and a bit frizzy as well as really dull.
Can anyone recommend any products to help soften and add a bit of healthy shine?
Thanks.

Regular cuts and a good conditioner. You could try Philip Kingsley Elasticizer - it's expensive but the tub lasts for ages. You put it on before you shampoo your hair and it makes it really soft and nice condition.
Do you take multivitamins? I find they help my hair condition too.
