I am not talking about lines around the lip area. Im talking about actual lines/grooves on the lips themselves. I drink plenty of water. Any solutions??

Pop to your Dr to get them checked out. Last year mine wouldn’t stop flaking no matter what I put on them and their texture changed. It turned out to be Solar Keratosis, caused by the sun. I had treatment for it that lasted a month and they’re back to normal now.
