Does eye primer go on before or after colour corrector?

I usually put colour corrector on my inner eyelid as well as underneath. If I want to wear eyeshadow, is there any point putting eye primer underneath it? I can see how the primer can go on top either though.

If you’re putting eyeshadow on, why would you put colour corrector on as well? Surely the colour of the eyeshadow is what you’re going for? I’d cut it out and go eyeshadow primer, eyeshadow, and see how that looks, building up the pigmentation of the eyeshadow.

I have quite dark pigmentation there and like to put a little light eyeshadow on the corner to brighten the eye. It kind of looks murky without the corrector but I also need the shadow to last all day.
