Spotty but sensitive skin

My 24 year old has sensitive but also very spotty skin which is really getting them down. They regularly wash pillowcases and have tried so many products from LRP effaclar, cerave, cetaphil, Eucerin. They have had anti biotics from the GP- worked initially but only so many times you can take. Can anyone recommend anything worth trying? Has anyone tried medicube products? Thanks

I tried loads of products in my 20s, and then mid 30s found skin and me and its cleared my skin to the point I don’t wear makeup to cover spots anymore.
i have just switched to using inkey products that are similar (and cheaper) as my skin and me formula was no longer prescription only products.
id definitely recommend looking at skin and me - it transformed my skin!

The GP would most likely prescribe Differin but for something gentler, pop them a message over asking for azelaic acid 15% gel (Finacea). It absorbs better than the 20% Skinoren cream and doesn’t leave a cast.

(I asked for this specifically when I’d had horrible rebound effects after long term antibiotics and my skin was at it’s worst. Really helped)
