So Satsuma

So Satsuma popped up on my social media the other day. I'm interested in some of their clothes but wary of clothes labels that only seem to exist on SM.
Does anyone have any experience of them and can recommend?

Not heard of them, try looking on trustpilot to see if there are reviews. Worth trying a few google searches before jumping in.

I have a Dora jumper in teal, they're a real company and I was pleased with the service. I bought two jumpers but sent one back (the baby cross front was a funny shape on me) and was happy with the return/refund process.

The woman (the owner?) who twirls around in their clothes comes up on Instagram a lot for me, the crossover jumper looks really lovely, plus the other day she was wearing baggy trousers tapered at the ankles, the whole look was great, very comfy looking. If you buy anything can you report here on quality and customer service etc?

I have the Dora jumper. It's great quality but very wide and can stick out at the back unless you wear it correctly so it sits right on your frame.

I liked their baby cross front jumper which I bought in pink.

They posted promptly after payment and I've not been inundated with promotional emails either.

Thanks everyone. I had looked at Trustpilot but thought Mumsnet would provide good feedback too. I'm eyeing up a pair of trousers so will probably go ahead and order them.
