A good quality rucksack

Looking for a nice spacious ( but not huge!) waterproof rucksack for days out. Needs a water flask section and a few pockets to house my purse and make up bag/ snacks/ small hair brush etc. Comfy straps are essential!

Any ideas, that hopefully won’t break the bank?!

At the type you want, you're not going to get a cheap one.

Most unlikely to be waterproof at the cheaper price point.So you're better off getting a cheap one with a waterproof backpack cover.

I would vote for osprey, but they're probably outside of your price range. They will do the job though.
