Recommendations for new season neutral trousers and flattering leg shapes

I’m fed up to the back teeth of wearing jeans! Has n tone seen or bought any new season trousers yet

I’m fancying some neutral/beige/cream/off white trousers for the winter but I’m not sure what kind of leg shape to go for. I do like wide leg, but wondering if there’s something else I’m not seeing.

If it matters I’m mid 50s, 5’7 and size 12, amd am happy to pay for decent quality-I won’t cry at £80 a pair

I bought some pink trousers from Damart recently. I am regretting my cheap choices already. I wish Id saved up for something more tailored.

@MyManinCaracas they look like they hang really well-is the fabric quite soft?

I'm going to get barrel leg this season.
