Boots make up consultations

I’d like to book a make up appointment for me and DD at Boots and I am very confused about what to book - there seems to be a multitude of different appointment types in the N07 consultations.

Has anyone had experience of what is offered. I don’t normally wear make up but DD is keen to learn. We want to explore a made up look for an event we have coming up too.

What is the difference between - your looks/ understanding your skin/ your complexion appointments?

I don’t have experience with this, but do you have a Mac store near you? They do a lesson where you learn to apply it yourself, and you redeem the cost against any make up you buy. I did it as a young adult and learnt loads!

Well, it was a waste of time anyway. Turned up at the booked appointment to be told ‘we don’t do that here’. I think online will be the way to go!

Have a look at Melly Sophia on Instagram and you tube, she does all different types of make up looks
