These boots with jeans

I have these boots but have to idea how to style them with jeans? I have only ever worn them with leggings/tights but this year I want to go for more jeans having lost weight. I really wanted to replace them with DMs but can’t afford them atm, but that’s the sort of style I want to go for. What shape jeans should I go for? I’m size 12, 5ft7 and 40. Thanks

Put them on Vinted and buy some dms.
