Applying make up in autumn/winter

Slightly ridiculous but im on the right topic board for this!
I do my make up for work at around 7am and hate applying make up when its dark outside,especially foundation in unnatural light as you cant fully see what it will look like later iykwim.
Anyone else?

Get a lighted make up mirror?

I invested in a new dressing table with a new mirror with different ring light colours round it it's an absolute game changer !!!!
I was exactly the same plus I wear glasses so couldn't see as well lol 🤣 ill try and link

I know what you mean but that said I only alternate between two foundations that I know match my skin tone so I don't worry about having clear shade lines around my jaw and neck for example.

I actually prefer applying makeup when it's colder as it doesn't immediately sweat off my face or feel heavy on my skin like it does when it's hot.

Yes it works mine has 3 light modes ! Makeup always looks good but I do wear foundation that's an exact match but this is good for seeing your blusher too much powder and even doing fine lines on ya brows honestly I wouldn't do without it !

Could anyone recommend a decent clip on ring light that I could use for exactly this issue? I already have a small dressing table and no space to get anything bigger, but would love to add a good ring light

If your foundation is the right shade for you then what’s the issue? Also use a brush.
