I think it would only look tarty if your boobs were too big for it.

Otherwise looks like a nice dress

I don;t think it's tarty - worn well, with elegance, it's a great dress, but, tbh, it doesn;t do it for me. somehow - and I can't put my finger on it - it's not a wedding dress. it's an amazing evening dress - and I can see it an any number of actors at the oscars, but somehow it's just not special enough for a wedding dress. I'm not a meringue fan - far from it, but I think you could do better than that. even at 33

THink it is lovely, but probably not designed for someone to heavily endowed in the breastage area... need to be a bit stick-like to get away with it.

If you are busty, you can get away with strapless though!
