Jeans recommendations for a tiny toddler boy!

Not sure if I’m in the right place for this thread!

I am looking for jeans for DS (2.5y). He is little; short, slim, absolutely no bum! Now he’s potty trained and doesn’t have a nappy to keep his pants up, I’m struggling to find trousers that fit him, as they need to have a drawstring. Sizing down to fit his waist means they are too short!

Anyone else with tiny toddlers managed to find some jeans? Or even any ‘nicer’ trousers? Sick of only having the option of joggers/shorts for him, especially as we move into autumn.

My little boy is also very slim and trousers can be difficult. With jeans, I've found 'skinny' or jegging type jeans work the best. I also tend to get them from cheaper shops e.g. pep and co as they are less generous round the waist.

Thank you! My worry is that the skinny jeans don’t look as comfy - how is your DS with them?

Hm, the ones he's had have had quite a lot of stretch to them . But I wouldn't put them on him if he was going to the playground or something, more for a meal or party.

DS is 7 now but I still buy him jeans with the elasticated waist bits on the inside so you can adjust the waistband. H&M is generally pretty good for them.
