Regularly order clothes online & wondering if I’ve just been lucky previously, but ordered a size 16 dress from Nobody’s Child last week & was pretty surprised to find they’ve instead sent me a size 12 denim mini skirt - have contacted their customer service, but notice they’ve said they’re having problems with returns/refunds at the moment which in conjunction with this doesn’t leave me feeling confident!
can’t go ahead with return as it’s not the item I ordered - anyone else had similar difficulties with them?!
