Box dye for a redhead

I want to go back to well, my natural younger colour because my red has faded a lot
using a throwaway user name obviously!
what can I put on it to get some vibrancy back?

I'm unsure whether your natural colour is more red or you've been dying red for a while and you're naturally more brown.

No permanent box dye is great, they always seem to come out flat. Daniel field watercolour has nice shades.

How about a colour gloss? Josh Woods is good although all have red undertones.

OP I use Superdrug colour effects and it does brilliantly, the copper one is what you need, it puts the colour back in beautifully

I was a natural redhead but age has caught up with me, I have spent a fortune buying different red coloured box dyes. I finally found a hairdresser who got the colour I wanted . Be careful with some of the glaze as it was leaving massive colour patches in my hair, the Superdrug one is ok though. Btw your hair is gorgeous.

I'd use some glosses redken shades EQ would make that look rich and glossy and bring some vibrancy back into it if u not sure how to use or how to get them go to a salon that uses redken it's quiet a cheap way of colouring hair and it's good for your hair it won't open the cuticle just coats the hair shaft ! ( I'm a Hairstylist )

I have been using the Superdrug colour effect for years (copper one). I find it works better if you apply it whilst your hair it is dry and leave it for 5 minutes before washing out. Unfortunately though they changed the formula a few years ago and it is not as good as it used to be.

Have you considered henna? It leaves my hair fabulously shiny and doesn't fade like traditional red hair colour.

used the Superdrug one twice and I feel I’m looking more my normal colour now!
