Palome - has anyone bought from there?

I like the look of some trousers on their website but I have not bought from there before. What is the quality like? I also though I read somewhere that returns can be difficult…

I bought from there recently. Ordered 5 items, kept 3. All excellent quality and nicely cut, two just didn’t suit me.

Beautifully packaged and delivered swiftly.
I didn’t have any issues with the return (I’d also read that but no prob at all) but I realised that my refund hadn’t arrived in my bank. Emailed them to advise and had a response within 30 mins and the money sent straight to my account. They were very polite and apologetic.

I’ll definitely shop with them again. Best shopping experience I’ve had in ages. Felt quite old school!

can I ask how you found the sizing - does it roughly correspond to the size guide?

No issues with returns here - the website tries to discourage it, but no problem at all to actually do it. Everything I’ve bought has been lovely quality, including silk and cashmere.

Trousers/jeans a bit short for me, so no experience of that. Colours a bit restrictive too, which has stopped me ordering some stuff.

I have a number of wool and cashmere tops from them. Very good quality, good value for money. Good customer service and everything is presented nicely. I've found the tops true to size. I haven't had to return anything as it's all been lovely.
