Have been using the same shade of Bittersweet Chocolate from Schwarzkopf XX Live range for about 10 years now and used to always get at least three good weeks out of my roots before the grey would show through.
However, the last 2 times I used it, it hasn’t covered any greys at the sides properly (they are showing through literally immediately), with the rest of my roots following suit within a week.
Haven't changed anything in my haircare, wash around twice a week.
I’ve noticed that the change has coincided with the ‘rebrand’ of the colour (different pic on front of box but no mention of formula change), and I’ve also noticed that my scalp doesn’t itch as much in the aftermath. I would much prefer a mild discomforting itch and colour that did what it was supposed to do.
So annoying as it took ages to find a dye that suited me in the first place!!!!
Anyone else?
