Your favourite modern lip formulas?

I’m trying to find a cerise lip colour and am struggling!

Ive never really done lipstick - I have quite big lips and am a bit overwhelmed when I try lip colours, but I’ve got a very strongly coloured wedding dress and want to start playing around with colour on my face. I think the two lipsticks I own are a satin sort of formula but they look incredibly old fashioned.

Just wondered what other people are using.

Lip stains and a clear lip balm or gloss over the top is my current favourite.

Ah! I’ve seen that and liked it but was then a bit put off by the tsunami of adfluencers I got. Do you use Wonderskin or something else?

Wonderskin is good but the tube doesn’t last long and it can be very drying. Elf stains are my go to.

Maybelline Teddy tints are brilliant

Fenty, the matte ish ones in the tubes with sponge applicators.

Lisa Eldridge makes the very best lip products. She has several formulas so I’d try them and find the one that suits you best.
