Sky blue.

Happytaytos · 25/07/2026 10:48

Cornflower

palepeony · 25/07/2026 10:50

Cornflower

AgnesX · 25/07/2026 10:52

Neither tbh. Someone said sky blue which is nearer.

mondaytosunday · 25/07/2026 11:11

Denim

IsItAllMenopause · 25/07/2026 11:15

Neither.
Cobalt is darker and French blue is paler.

PoliteRaven · 25/07/2026 11:23

I have only heard of french navy. It is too light for cobalt I'd say...

I actually would say it's cerulean blue

The skirt looks sky blue on my phone. Top is a bit darker but nearest still sky blue. It all depends on the screen we're viewing it on anyway!

Velvetandleather · 25/07/2026 11:30

I’d also say that was a dark cornflower.

Aloren · 25/07/2026 11:34

Cornflower blue.

TheOGCCL · 25/07/2026 11:36

This is neither. It's cornflower as everyone is saying

TemporarilyCantDoMyself · 25/07/2026 11:36

Too light for either.
Sky or cerulean although I'd want cerulean to be a bit deeper. Cornflower not quite, needs a tad more 'red'.
I'm an artist so I think about colours a lot.
It's also nudging towards the Mayan blue and Moroccan blue shades.
Defining colours is both an art and a science.

Attictroll · 25/07/2026 11:36

Neither … dusty or sky blue

LlynTegid · 25/07/2026 11:40

My understanding of Cobalt blue comes from paintings by Turner. The dress is not that colour.

IbizaToTheNorfolkBroads · 25/07/2026 11:43

Of the choices, French, although the blue I associate with French is a light shade of navy.

Cobalt blue is much more intense and brighter, from cobalt eliminate pigment.

Ohwhatfuckeryitistoride · 25/07/2026 11:56

Sky. There's lots of colour charts but this seems fairly accurate.

IsadoraQuagmire · 25/07/2026 11:58

Neither. It's lighter than both those shades.

WhosGotTheKeysToMyBimma · 25/07/2026 11:58

Neither of them.

Cobalt is much more intense and French i associate with navy

I would go with sky or cerulean

Can anyone settle this 'colour' description?

Cobalt Blue?

French Blue?

Neither. I'd say it's periwinkle.

outerspacepotato · 25/07/2026 13:55

Lake Blue top

Periwinkle bottom

FormerlySpeckledyHen · 25/07/2026 14:28

Agreed, sky or cornflower.

KnickerlessParsons · 25/07/2026 14:30

Cornflower is a good shout. Neither of the two you mentioned anyway

twilightcafe · 25/07/2026 14:32

Mid denim blue

coloursquare · 25/07/2026 14:48

LejlaKapovic · 25/07/2026 13:45

Neither. I'd say it's periwinkle.

I’d say periwinkle is a bit more lilac. Cornflower for me.

ThisOneLife · 25/07/2026 14:57

Not close to cobalt blue.
Not as intense as cerulean either

More like sky blue.
