Extra wide fashionable shoes for 50ish women (closed toe)

That's basically it. I recently got measured and I have extra wide feet.

I'm trying to prevent nail bed surgery on a big toe and the podiatrist said stop wearing too narrow shoes. I got measured and indeed, my feet are extra wide rather than just wide. Clarks wide shoes are too narrow for example.

A lot of the styles I'm seeing are frankly "old lady shoes" to me. I need work shoes with closed toes.

Any suggestions aporeciated.
