I can’t find the box to put the voucher in for the liberty vouchers can someone find it and snapsnot it for me?

Do you mean you want to add a voucher in the Liberty website? I think you get the option after you press checkout now and then you add the voucher details. It does glitch though sometimes.

I had the same issue the other day!
You have to go through to checkout and it gives you an option there.

The confusing bit is that they offer the opportunity to enter a gift card on the first window.

Thanks, I reported it straight away. It didn’t show the full pic on the preview and annoyingly can only edit the text in the edit window.

I can only get as far as the payment card bit at the top but I don’t want to click yes as it would be incredibly frustrating to have £200 in a voucher and have it come out of my bank account

I had to google this recently. It’s a bit of a long process, but you need your code (mine was in my email telling me my account had been topped up) and then you apply it at checkout, but from memory, not as a gift card. It was not straightforward.
