Thermavein for spider veins

I have a cluster of spider veins on my leg post pregnancy and booked in for microscleratherapy. It was suggested I try thermavein first and then sclerotherapy as the second half to my treatment on anything remaining. I’m 3.5 weeks post treatment and just don’t know if it’s worked. The veins are a different colour but still blanching and visible. Has anyone had this and able to share their experiences?

It will take a lot longer than 3.5 weeks for the spider veins to completely disappear. More like 4-6 months, depending on how many are in a cluster. I am not familiar with the therapy you mentioned.

Have you been wearing compression stockings? It's really important to keep those in for the time recommended by your specialist as they ensure the 'incompetent veins' that they've injected are prevented from working, so they get assimilated back into your body naturally, and disappear over time.

I’ve only had the thermavein, so no compression stockings

I have this done on my face fairly regularly (as the veins come back). It struggles with thicker vessels and if it’s gonna work, it usually does so immediately.
