Underboob sweat…oh the glamour!

Well pretty much just as the title suggests really..!

I am a 36F and get awful sweaty heat rash under my boobs in summer particularly with the latest hot spell. It’s unbelievably itchy!

Does anyone have any tips or tricks? I try to wear cotton bras and always dry properly after a shower but beyond that I’m not sure what can be done Angry

Another vote for “under bra sweat liners” from Amazon here. Absorb a lot then swap them when they get damp.

I use Mitchum stick anti-perspirant under my boobs. I also wear a clean bra each day in hot weather.

Canestan at bedtime
Wash with unperfumed bar soap
Johnson's talc
Clean bra daily

If I rewear a bra, it's back by evening.

I am larger up top. I buy light cotton vests and wear them under my bra, thus with a light layer between skin and bra. Stops the chafing and problem entirely.

Luna Daily The Cooling All Over Deodorant - this is honestly the first deodorant I've used that does seem to keep areas other than armpits dry.

Clotrimazole cream (aka thrush or athletes foot cream) in a thin layer on dried skin.

i spotted some Sure whole body deodorant recently so I’ve been using that and it does seem to help.

32F here and this has been driving me nuts! Obviously can’t really go on the nursery run bra-less but the discomfort is unreal, might have to try the talc as well

I’m only a 34C and I get the same!! Drying my hair after a shower is a nightmare as the sweat accumulates almost instantly 😩 I’m going to try the roll on deodorant, hadn’t occurred to me to do that.

Used to get this but no problem since I switched from regular bra to Molke bralette. Just wear a baggy nightdress overnight and let them air out.

I get this and I use Johnsons Baby Powder on my whole torso right before putting my bra on and it seems to keep me fresh all day. I only ever wear underwired bras but not to sleep in.

I have huge 36HH boobs and the only thing that works for me is sudocrem. A friend recommended it to me years ago and I can honestly say it’s not a problem for me now. If I feel the rash starting, I just shower/pat dry and apply a thin layer before bed and by morning it’s always gone before it really starts.

I am a G cup and I use medicated talc that I buy from Amazon. After my shower I lift 'em up until the area is dry and then apply the talc. I notice if I forget the talc for a few days it does get very red and sore.
