Recommend a cleanser and moisturiser to buy in Paris - budget £30 each.

I’m off to Paris on my own and would like to treat myself to a lovely cleanser and moisturiser. I’m 61, quite dry but good skin and have a budget of £60 in total.

Caudalie skincare is beautiful and cheaper.

I don’t think there are many French brands that you can't buy in the UK now so it's hard to recommend something to buy as a treat in Paris. Things aren't necessarily any cheaper either.
If you don't mind about that I would look at brands like Nuxe, Vichy and Caudalie. Nuxe does a nice rose cleanser.

I love Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentre. Its a basic moisturiser but really soft and buttery, suits all skin types and is great as a primer under make up. Its a cult classic for a reason. Cleanser wise, I love SVR Topialyse Micellar Oil. Its a cleansing oil that turns into a foam so cleanses really well without drying the skin. I stock up on these when im in France. I also love Vichy, Caudalie, Nuxe, A-Derma and LRP. You can also get some really good inexpensive perfumes in French pharmacies. Enjoy your trip.

I’ve bought the Nuxe very rose cleansing gel (they didn’t have the one you recommended) and I got the Embryolosse lait-crème concentrate - it’s gorgeous and my skin loves it.
I also bought a Nuxe body lotion and that’s divine too.
They all feel such a treat and a love souvenir of the trip. Thanks again.
