Any hair/colour experts?

Hi,
I have a copper colour in my hair. Put a mask in to brighten it up between colours but its fairly streaky now. If I put a box dye over it, will that ne streaky too or will it be ok?

My hair is copper, I wanted to try doing it myself to save some money. I started using the Garnier Good hair dye in Tumeric Copper just over a year ago now and it's fantastic! I do use two boxes at a time as I have longer hair and want to make sure it's totally covered, but I'm really pleased with how it comes out. Never streaky!

If it's patchy be a bit more careful applying maybe sections so u getting it all over or do it on damp hair !!
